Hi, I’m Karen D! I’m a Newborn Care Specialist with over 4 years of experience supporting families during those precious (and sometimes sleepless) first months.
In that time, I’ve had the joy of helping more than 20 babies settle into healthy routines while giving parent the peace of mind and rest they need.
As a proud mother of 3 myself, I truly understand the challenges and joys of caring for a newborn. Before becoming a newborn care specialist, I worked as a nanny, where I built my foundation in childcare and developed the nurturing, reliable approach I bring to every family I work.
My passion is helping parents feel supported and confident, while creating a calm, safe, and loving environment for their little one.
Whether it’s overnight care, soothing techniques, or establishing healthy sleep habits, I’m here to make the transition into parenthood smoother and less overwhelming.

24/7 Care
Includes around the clock diaper changes, preparing bottles, feeding, burping, swaddling, soothing baby back to sleep, keeping a detailed log of baby’s schedule, bathing, bedtime routine, bottle sterilization , washing/folding of baby’s clothes, and tidying of the nursery.
Sleep Training
A personalized analysis of baby’s sleep habits, formulating an individualized schedule for baby’s specific needs. Virtual support and/or in person coaching.
Overnight Care
Full support so parents can rest at night providing constant care to baby, keeping a feeding schedule, ensuring baby’s wellbeing, diaper changes, and bedtime routine. Helping stock up baby’s nursery and ensuring bottles are cleaned and ready for feeding. Circumcision care, Umbilical cord care, breastfeeding support.
Travel
I will travel a maximum of two weeks at a time and provide around the clock baby care.
